Shipping Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.  On the site USPS is listed but in many cases UPS or FebEx maybe the better option.  We will make the final decision based on the size and destination of the product at time of packing.  You will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your parcel and it will at that point let you know which courier was picked for your location.

Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is deemed “Undeliverable” by one of our shipping partners it will be taken to the regional pick up facility and will remain there until you pick up the parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel after 5 business days the parcel will be returned to us at your cost. Once the parcel is returned you will be refunded in full minus all shipping costs. This includes the cost to send the parcel to you AND the cost to return the parcel to us as well as any additional fees from our shipping partners.
Reasons a package may be deemed undeliverable:

  • Address or postal code was incorrect
  • No one was home to sign for the package
  • Address has a block on shipments
  • Shipping partner was unable to access the property
  • Package was damaged during transit
  • Package was refused by someone at your location
  • The shipping company deemed that there was no safe location to leave the package


Delivery Time

Normal Shipping time: 7~12 days

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-12 days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
