Return & Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges

We do our best to offer you the best shopping experience, including a quick and trouble-free return. Please contact us within 30 days after receiving your items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.

1. Please contact us to contact customer service and describe the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

2. Pack your items carefully and ship them from your post office to make sure they arrive safely.

3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

4. Once your return has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email. Home All Products Store can not refund, cover or otherwise be liable for any unpaid fees to This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return costs that may be incurred by the refund process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within 1-7 workdays.


Conditions of return


1. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

2. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused) as well as in their original packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, washed, or altered articles in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that have been reshipped directly without prior consultation. Be sure to contact our team before returning.

4.We do not offer a carriage due to service for packets sent to us. Shipping charges for returned packages are non-refundable.
